We had the opportunity to work with the prestigious Corsican brand L.N. MATTEI to launch two innovative gins, Distilled Dry Gin and Infused Gin, into the French spirits market. This project combined product development, branding and a marketing strategy to create a successful and memorable introduction to the competitive world of premium spirits.

Developed two distinct names that reflect the essence of each gin while maintaining the strong heritage of L.N. MATTEI.
Used the Kapferer Brand Prism to define a clear and compelling identity for each product, ensuring consistency with the brand’s overarching values of tradition, craftsmanship, and Corsican heritage.
Marketing Diagnosis:
Conducted a thorough market analysis of the French spirits sector, identifying key opportunities and challenges for L.N. MATTEI.
Applied strategic frameworks, such as SWOT analysis, to establish positioning and differentiation for the gins.
Storytelling and Positioning:
Crafted engaging storytelling to highlight the unique qualities of each gin—one focusing on classic elegance, the other on bold, infused innovation.
Positioned the products as premium, artisanal spirits, targeting both the modern urban consumer and traditional enthusiasts of fine spirits.
Website Development:
Designed the structure and sitemap for a dedicated event-driven e-commerce website, accessible in Corsican, French, and English.
Ensured the site complied with GDPR regulations and the French Evin law, prioritizing user privacy and legal compliance.
Digital Content Strategy:
Developed a content strategy to engage users through the event website, proposing articles and visual assets that highlighted the history, craftsmanship, and versatility of the gins.
